Your use of this website and the information you find here is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
This website is attorney advertising. This website is not an offer to provide legal services. But, depending on your answers to our questions here, we may offer to be your lawyers. We are not your lawyers until you and we agree in writing.
The public information on this site is not legal advice. All statements we make here are our opinions only.
As lawyers, we take our clients' privacy, and all prospective clients' privacy, seriously. The data we collect about you includes all data you submit to us, and data reflecting your use of this site. We never sell your data. We will use your data to evaluate your claims and whether to offer you legal services or information that may be valuable to you or yours, now or in the future. We will use it to perform our duties to you and to the courts, and consistent with applicable law and rules. We will maintain your confidential records for at least a reasonable time, and perhaps indefinitely, unless you demand and applicable law requires us to delete it. You agree that we may confidentially share your contact information and information about the nature of your problem with other lawyers for the limited purpose of obtaining their input on how we might best solve your problem, or in the course of referring your matter to them to help you get the legal services you need. If we refer your matter to another lawyer or law firm, you agree that we may charge and that lawyer or law firm may pay a referral fee of up to 1/3 of the fees ultimately paid by you, provided that fee shall not increase the fees you pay.
Applicable ethical rules require us to tell you that our excellent history of past results depended on the unique facts and law of those cases, and on the hard and often inspired work we did in them, and are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction as to the outcome of any matter we may agree to handle for you, including this one. We cannot and do not promise any outcome. Of course, particularly if we agree to take your case on contingency, you might very reasonably infer we are confident that we can achieve an acceptable outcome.
If we tell you that you will never pay us a dime from your pocket, or that our arrangements with you are "contingency" and we'll take our fee entirely from money obtained from the defendant, that means you will not ever owe us any fees or costs from your pocket under our fee agreement with you. That said, please read our fee agreement before signing it and ask us any questions you may have. We like our clients to be fully confident and informed, so they can make the best decisions for them.
